Oakview Early Years Services win CX Impact Award for developing AcornCloud
Along with National and Multinational organisations, we are delighted to have been regcognised in the 2023 CX Impact award in the 'Innovations' catagory for all our work in developing and launching AcornCloud.
Launched in 2018, the Irish CX Impact Awards recognise achievements in measuring and managing Customer Experience excellence that delivers better outcomes for customers.
We are thrilled to have AcornCloud recognised. AcornCloud, a custom designed SaaS Early Years Management software has led the way across all Oakview Services, fulfilling its role to make working life in the Early Years Sector less dependent on completing multiple written records. This is allowing additional time for Educators to have meaningful interactions with the Children in their care, and to build positive and fulfilling and engaging relationships with Parents/ Guardians. Having opened AcornCloud to external Services within the Early Years Community, the positive feedback received has
been overwhelming.
