Junior Preschool Staff
Room Leader: Christina Egan
Christina is the room leader in Junior Preschool and is responsible for the room and the staff within it. Christina is responsible for meeting all the needs of the children in her care. Christina plans play and education programmes, in conjunction with the HighScope model of curriculum for preschoolers.
Christina had completed a Fetac Level 5 in Childcare prior to beginning work with us in September 2008. She has also completed the HighScope teacher training course.
Christina has gained valuable experience in the Nursery and Junior Preschool areas, always demonstrating her ability to care for and educate children.
Childcare Assiatant: Kornelia Kovacs
Kornelia is responsible for the care, education and development of all our children in Junior Preschool; she ensures that the children’s holistic needs are always met.
Kornelia has worked in the Childcare sector in Hungary, the United States of America and Ireland, over the past 12 years.
Kornelia has obtained a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education and has also completed the HighScope Teacher training course.

Health and Safety Officers: Clodagh Moynihan and Tania Green
First Aid Officers: Christina Egan and Kornelia Kovacs
All of our staff receives regular training in High Scope, First Aid, Fire Safety, HACCP, Food Safety Procedures and Manual Handling.
